booking policy

Read carefully before booking!

  1. All appointments taking place on a holiday will be upcharged by $50.

  2. Before and after hour appointments will be up-charged by $30. (Before 10am, after 6pm)

  3. Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged the full amount. Rescheduling must be made 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged 50% of the service. No call, no show clients will be charged 100% of the service amount.

  4. There is a 5 minute grace period. If you're more than 5 minutes late, there will be a late fee of $5 applied to your remaining balance. The $5 fee will accumulate in 5 minute increments after the grace period has passed.

  5. Your appointment could be cancelled if you're more than 15 minutes late, depending on the schedule of appointments for that day. If this should happen, it is your responsibility to reschedule for a new day.

  6. Any disliking or changes you want made must be stated within a 24 hour time frame after your appointment for accommodations to be made. After that time frame passes, LashWay Boulevard has no responsibility to accommodate.

  7. All payments are non-refundable.

  8. LashWay Boulevard will be happy to accommodate if there are problems with the retention of your extensions, as long as accommodations are within 72hrs of the service being completed.

  9. I do not go over other lash technicians' work.
